Simplify / enhance a flow process

We have put together 3 flow charts for some processes that need to be followed at Gatwick Airport. We would like to try and consolidate these on to one page A4 (if possible) and make them clear steps (1, 2, 3) based on 'Getting Staff Approved' 'Working on site' and 'Operating Vehicles Airside'

The flow charts contain most of the info, but we would like to provide a little more in addition to this (higher and lower level)

Would be good to talk through each process, as it could be that the flow design can be made more efficient.

It is likely we will eventually take the design and also create an animation and voiceover, so would need the original design files (InDesign or PSD - all layers and linked files) - to enable us to do this.
