Simple website + facebook & twitter pages

We are looking to launch our mobile Frozen Yogurt business in the next two weeks and require a simple website + facebook and twitter pages.
The website itself can be very simple- 1-3 pages- the key is that the posts from twitter showing where we will be located can transfer across to both facebook and the website. Below are links to a few similar businesses in the US.

We have logos which have been developed and are ready to go and we will be able to add images of the truck in the next few weeks for the website.
We have the website address and domain hosting.

We are looking for someone creative who can make our site look simple, clean, fun and fresh but cool! We want to be able to easily update the site ourselves for press articles, where we will be etc.

We also want to ensure that we come up under all of the relevant internet searches.

Please let me know if you can help out. We need to have all of the pages up and running by mid next week. If you can provide a few relevant samples of work that you have done that woudl be great.
