Simple WEBSITE Development for 3 or 4 products with online ordering and payment systempping)

I need a website for a single product retail store (there will be 3 or 4 product offerings and only 2 methods of shipping).

We are looking for a Basic Online Shop expert to create a simple online selling website. This can be based on another similar store that you may have already set up or it can be based on a template.
The site MUST be…
A Professional looking site
Must use HTML = XHTML 1.0 and CSS = CSS2 (or convince me why not)
Paypal (and maybe Nochex) integration in UK pounds & EUROs
- As we will only have 3 or 4 items available for order, we do not need a ‘shopping cart’ unless this is already part of a template e that you have in an existing design.


We’re looking for an individual or company with excellent web design skills to develop a professional looking website.
We will need to see evidence of similar simple online shop websites (and proof that they have developed them)

Must be extremely reliable and with strong attention to detail
Must have excellent English and excellent communication skills.
There will be approximately 12 pages as follows :

(2) Home
(3) Tips and Resources
(4) Benefits of XXXX, and How to Do It
(5) 30 Facts About XXX You Probably Didn't Know...

(7) Chemistry of XXXX

(9) Contact Us (with an email form)
(10) Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s)
(11) Ordering and Payments Page (Paypal option and Nochex or similar to accept Mastercard and Visa)
(12) Links page (this is a list of links each of which will link to 1 of approx 10 single pages (each with a simple BACK and HOME button at top of it)

*** I know I said that it was approx 12 page site – if this item 12 (Links to 10 other pages) makes it a 22 page site then we can leave it out BUT I would think there isn’t much work in this so shouldn’t affect cost too much -

The site should be built well for search engine optimisation.
All copy and images (not many images maybe 5 or 6) will be provided by us.
The look and feel of this website should be Clean, Smart, Professional and ‘scientific’

We welcome designers input on this.

We require the following:
1, Design and construct the web site structure and links etc
2, upload all content and information
3, set up and integrate the Paypal and Nochex (or other c/card payments page) - we will enter the secure info --- no fraudsters need apply !
4, upload onto our hosting site (we have not ordered the domain or the hosting site yet so are open to take suggestions on this (but we will be making our own checks into security etc)
5, Train us to 'change and update content' for future changes to text or link names or images etc
7, Long term working relationship for updates to this and for other future projects!
