Simple Website build with cutting edge imaginative graphic design

I am looking for someone to build a straightforward website, probably only 3 or 4 pages, for a new interior design business that has not yet started trading. This doesn't need any database or e-commerce.

What is needed is a WOW factor - so the most important thing is the graphic design of the home and content pages.

I am looking for a design led person, who will do the job inexpensively, but who wants to increase their design portfolio by creating a show-stopping homepage.

There will be very little content supplied for this site - only a few example pictures from a minimal portfolio, and text will be supplied that outlines client services, an "about us" page, and contact details.

The rest is down to your imagination!

You will not be considered without an example portfolio as I need to find someone with the same mindset as myself.

A long term business relationship is envisaged, so you must be 100% reliabe.
