Simple Shipping/Logistics Website Design Required

Dear Freelancers

I am looking for a simple, lost cost yet effective basic shipping website with a 'clean' front page look combined with an admin/CMS area whereby I can upload & edit tracking numbers and real time delivery information for my clients.

Domain name & hosting has already been arranged, therefore, once the site design has been completed, this information will be provided to the winning bidder for them to upload the site and make it live.

To give an idea of the look, feel & design I’m searching for, the website (hkrpost dot com) is a perfect example so something along this line would be sufficient.

A summary of my requirement...

1) Site design with a CMS/admin area which allows secure (password protected log in) so that tracking information can be created, submitted & edited by ourselves whenever necessary. The tracking information that we create via the admin area needs to be searchable on the homepage once it is entered and real time information needs to be displayed also.

2) Homepage 'clickable' text areas that are required are HOME, RATES, ABOUT US & CONTACT US. The tracking box for customers to insert the tracking number is required on the actual homepage.

3) Text for the site will be inserted manually myself.

4) The tracking number format will be the customers first initial followed by the first 3 letters of their surname, order number and then the country of their location, so for instance, JOE BLOGGS order number 100 living in the UK will be JBLO100UK

Ideally we are looking to offer this project to somebody with some PPH feedback and who can offer after sales support too as inevitably, questions will arise and need answering.
