Simple Ruby on Rails app front end design

I have a small Ruby on Rails genealogy application currently in development and hosted on Heroku. The design on the site is currently very rudimentry and needs revamping ready for a soft launch. I have basic wireframes but no moodboard as yet, so there is flexibility for the designer to be creative within the brief.

A fairly simple job, most of the work will be in the application layout, with some add-on styling for other pages, of which there are around 10 variations at most.

Knowledge of Ruby would be an advantage as some logic may need to be incorporated into the frontend, but not a deal breaker for the right person.

Successful completion of this job will lead to future work. I am based in the UK but happy to work with designers Worldwide
