Simple PSD template restyled

Experience Level: Intermediate
I need 4 PSD's that are all ready layered and in existence restyles to suit a new design. The first 2 have been done as examples and are simple design changes - background colour and highlight colour with a logo and footer change. The files must then be supplied back to me as editable and layered PSD's.
