Simple PHP application to manage users & databases.

The project is about a PHP web application which will manage a database with numbers SIM (for mobile phones)

There will be admin panel with statistics. (How many users, how many sim numbers sold, how many admins etc.);
Different access controls :
Superuser , admins, users.

The superuser will manage all the admins in the lower level.
Every admin will have its own users.

Users can register straight to site without admin.

This system will be integrated to a website.
