Simple Photography Website Creation

I have a simple job with only a few pages necessary to create. I am looking for a Chic-Black background, large photo-slideshow on the home page, a total of 9 easy pages, and roughly 30 photos (give or take). It doesn't get much easier than this, but I do need a competitive bid, quick turn around time (a week or less), and a custom site created (no templates). I do need to see some sort of resume, previous sites created, etc. No flash.

Assuming this goes well, I am looking for a few web designers/programmers to contract out for overflow. Please bid competitively. I will also be placing some of your resume on our site, and naming you to attract more business for anyone who works for me.

Can you do this job fast? Can you do this job cheap? If so, I will happily send you other jobs all of the time. Most of our overflow are simple small biz sites.
