Simple news script

I need a simple news script that will enable a non-techie to post news to our website. She'll also need to delete, update, etc. her previous news postings. The results will then be added to a page that we already have on the site, so I'll need a line of php code that I can use to insert the results on an already existing page.

It should be similar to czar news (http://www.czaries.net/scripts/czarnews.php ) only it can't be as buggy.
