Simple Logo Design - Child Day Nursery

Hi All, I would like some help designing and creating a logo for Little Sunflowers Day Care Limited. The current logo is dated and needs a good makeover. Its quite a simple logo needed! so shouldnt be too much work at all!! I know what i would like doing but would be open to changes if needed. I would like 2 Logos of the same style but just with a different layout and if possible two sizes to ensure they can be used in different documents. I have attached a picture of the design i really like. As it is a child care nursery i would like the sunflower drawn using a crayon effect (just an idea!). The colours needed are Black and Yellow, i could be swayed to incorporate some green if the logo is right. The 1st logo i had in mind was a sunflower head but the stalk of the flower then becoming the L of the name, the L being maybe in a different font to the rest of the name or incorporating a leaf. The 2nd logo would just be the head of the flower centred above the name of the company. Both designs are not set in stone but i would like something quite modern but quirky/childlike as well. Deadline is as soon as possible
