Simple Listings website template

We require a simple listing website building that will pull results from a database of events. The database must be easy for us to manage and integrate fully with the website allowing the users to select from a multiple of choices to deliver their results. We'd also like the ability for organisers to submit their own events through the site. The site also needs to be wordpress and with the ability to manage advertising banners throughout the pages.
There are only 6 pages to build; homepage, lists (results), detail, general content, contact and the submit event.
We'd like the site delivered by the end of February.
Psd's and a full spec will be supplied.
A mock up of the homepage is attached for demonstration purposes. The design may change at this point.
