Simple ios application

Need iOS app, targeting iOS 3.1.3 and newer.

- Navigation controller and tab bar controller (with 2 options, search and near me)

1) Near me,

-sends phone latitude & longitude to webservice url
-url returns json with markers, put those marker names into table view, and plot on google map, there are 3 lines of text to show on each entry in the table view, title, subtitle, and intro text.
-if user selects a marker, then show a detail view of that marker, by calling another url, and showing that in a map view and table view, this table view shows 3 lines of text, title, subtitle and intro text
-user can refresh the detail view, by pulling down on tableview.
App also auto refreshes detail url every 60 seconds and updates the table view accordingly.
- users location is plotted on both map views.

2) search works exactly the same as near me, but instead of sending lat long to url, it sends user search string

the app needs to detect if user loses internet connection, and show a message, and allow user to retry when internet connection is back
