Simple graphics editing

I have an app design concept that I need broken down into the individual components.

Currently too busy to do this myself and don't expect this to take too much time

See attached.

I need the header banner reconstructed to be 960px * 50px and 1280px * 75px
I need the film reel buttons to be 1000px square
I need the same font, or similar as a TTF (open source and free options are available)

Need this within 48 hours
