Simple graphic design

Hello, I have two simple projects that should really take about 15 minutes max. I have an image of an island with a blank billboard - I need the word "destinations" put on that billboard. It needs to look like it was put on there naturally - not black block letters but rather blends in with its environment. Secondly, I have a word doc that someone put graphics on and I am not too happy with it. I like the flowers next to each paragraph but want the title to look different and for it to be similar text as my logo.
