Simple edits wordpress theme and company logo

We are using a template theme in wordpress - love it, but client gives this feedback ref the theme and the logo
1. The rear view mirror type of window for the slide show photos on home page is unique. However for our very formal type of business we prefer a standard rectangular wide window shape. The drop down menus should preferably be above the slide show window of the home page.

2. Logo. Innovate a bit. Remove “Innovation” and leave symbol and excel only. “Excel” should be “excel”. The logo appears too obvious it has been cut ‘n pasted and does not appear to be an integral part of the home page. In other words the logo which looks dead is squeezed in the top corner and is a visitor to the home page instead of being the host.

Logo is attached in various formats, and of course you can see it in the theme.
