Simple E-Commerce Website on Frontpage

I am looking for somebody to build and design me a E-Commerce website selling my three products online. It must be designed using Dreamweaver (not frontpage as i mistakenly put above) as I eventually want all the content on my laptop so I can easily make changes as I have this software installed.

Please only UK bidders only for convenience. Website will consist of main page with all products on and other very simple, mostly just content page i.e. nothing over the top. Home page must look similar to attached file.
