Simple Business Website

Hi, I am looking for a simple basic website for my new venture. I am looking for an introduction website for new clients with also a area on the homepage where it can have a page for pictures and descriptions etc, not a cart system as we are not an eCommerce site. I am looking for a website along these lines see below. Please note this is a brand new website and venture so we only have limited cash assigned for this project. I am looking for a website along the lines of this, I am looking to build a companionship with a website designer as there will be continued work for various projects.
