Simple 2D Sprite Animation using supplied vector graphics

Design details: We have a game app launching soon and the quality of the animation provided by the animator is very low-res despite being given scalable vector graphics... so we are looking for someone who can do the exact same animation (a video of the animation will be provided to the awarded) in hi-quality resolution using the vector graphics we provide
