Hi all,
Basically i'm working on my final year project at University and am investigating the use of engines that develop web applications in comparison to native applications and what I need is a 2D animated game character in the form of a penguin.
It will need the ability to do three different short animations. I know its not a large budget in the slightest but all of this I am doing for non-profit for my project.
