Similar to a Starbucks website created from scratch

My client needs a website created from scratch. He is starting a coffee business, and needs a fully functional site with the following requirements;

*Visually similar to Starbucks.com
*Has the ability to have customers create their own accounts, login, track orders, etc
*Integrated with Paypal and Google Checkout
*Roughly 15 products to start (two options each: Ground or Whole bean)
*Check box at end of order to alert my client if this should be a reoccurring order once a month (My client can create a reoccurring invoice....bonus points to anyone who streamlines this process for me so it automatically rebills without him doing more work)
*Slideshow instead of movie on home page
*An about us page, testimonials page, store/shopping pages simialr to starbucks, and 2-3 other simple pages
*The ability to minimize his time tracking orders. It would be great if data was automatically imported to quickbooks. If data is collected into one data source, and he can export into quickbooks 1x a week, we will make it work.

The lowest bid, who can accomplish this task in less than 3 weeks (preferrably 2 or less but I care about the quality more than the timeframe), who can show me a portfolio of ecommerce sites that are owned by happy past clients... who can offer any advice and a descript response will win the job.
