Short Story (Ghostwriter) wanted

Creative Short adventure story/novel Writer Wanted. About 40000-60000 words. Theme / focused on a particular issue, Drug Trade, Freedom, Crime, . Story must be written in the form of a family of characters(use your imagination, a Captain, Opera Singer, Activitist, Stupid Policeman, the professor..the politician..the oil baron,etc), with the main Character accidentially getting into events, and towards the end always Justice comes good.
