Short motion graphics/animation video

I'm looking for someone who can help with a short (2-min) video using motion graphics/animation (no other video content). It's for a company who make vendor management software to help companies manage contractors, project teams and permanent staff. I'm looking for something along the lines of the 'How it works' video on the front of the People per Hour website - perhaps using similar graphics (but obviously open to ideas) and same length.

If you could provide me with a price, how long it will take to do the job and other variables, I'd be grateful. Timescale is quite short - job would need to be finished by beginning of June. Script is already drafted and music chosen, so it will be finished with a voice-over.
