Short animation

I need a short animation, as follows:
It is to describe a 5 step process that a company uses to manage employees joining a company pension scheme. The 5 steps are:
1) Information collating
2) Data input
3) Investment management
4) Investment confirmation
5) Data comparison

The animation only needs to be fairly simple, ideally I'd like a character representing each of the processes, and then a cyclical animation between each of the process, e.g. all could be arranged around a cycle/cirlce, and then animate around each of them. At each point, I'd like the character to incorporate some basic movement to reflect their particular role.

To give you an example of style I'm looking for, please go to this site, and click on the link for their corporate video, there are some characters in there which I'd like to replicate if possible.

I can provide a storyboard if needs be, and suggest what each of the characters should be shown doing, but equally happy for your recommendations. I will also provide a script ideally on acceptance of the proposal, although I can provide it beforehand if you need to see it.

I need this completed by middle of next week.
