Shepherd’s Pie Market Research

I am looking for someone that can perform quality research very quickly. The type of information I need should be comparable to the information from ACNielsen or the Industrial Research Institute .

For this first research project, I will need information about the food dish named "Shepherd’s Pie". The information will need to obtain from reliable sources. The sources should also be well documented in the research report using APA style format.
This Shepherd’s Pie research report should be about 3 - 5 pages (1200 - 2000 words). It should be organized in such a way that the information could easily be created into a well flowing PowerPoint presentation that will be shown to a customer.

This project will need to be completed by 3/24/2012 at 6 p.m. CDT

• Reputation as a comfort food? Sources to back up the claim that “Shepherd’s Pie is a comfort food”.
• “Overall support for the resurgence of comfort foods” – sources and statistics to back up this claim
• Definition – classical and variations of Shepherd’s Pie
• Any actual sales data of Sheppard’s Pie in North America – as much or as little data as possible
• Expectations for quality – price value represented by this item as a meal
• Menu evaluation – number of new introductions, examples of restaurants where it is featured; overall Food Service sales
