Sew Shade Sails from Lycra for my Conservatory

I'd like to have someone help me make some simple Shade Sails as an alternative to blinds for my conservatory roof. This job is about cutting Lycra to size, sewing hems into it, then fitting eyelets to corners - nothing major! It's also about helping to creatively solve any design issues we encounter as test the idea fully though.

The shades are simple shapes of either a square or a triangle of varying sizes but around a meter or 2 per edge. Note how the sides bow into the center of the shape as the sail is stretched - I believe the shape needs to be cut in that bow shape. The stitching in the hem needs to stretch with the shade as the shade is installed fully stretched to avoid creases and so it keeps its shape. There needs to be some kind of thinker material sewed into a small square on each corner to allow for a slightly reinforced area in which we place eyelet. The eyelet allows us to fasten it to a wall mount later. The idea is for the whole thing to look flat when its hanging in place

In total there will probably be about 10 individual Shades depending on the shapes/sizes we choose which will depend on how the Lycra acts ones installed (in a test). I have a feeling we will need to do more smaller units rather than less bigger ones.

The initial job will be to work with me to develop and create a single shade for testing. If the single shade works well once installed, I'd need to make enough units to cover the entire ceiling. I'm thinking that after the first one is done, the rest are fairly easy to get through - cut, hem, eye, done.
