Setup Google Apps, Zoho CRM & Sugarsync into small business

Small one man business looking to move onto Google Apps (for business?) and Zoho CRM, and with two users. I will also want to access data from iphone and ipad and at some point also setup sugarsync.

The job will include importing data from address book and ical (both mac applications) and transferring email/domains from 1and1 (which I currently access through Thunderbird). I will also require help customising Zoho CRM so it fits workflow more accurately.

I would expect the right person for the job would have undertaken such work before and be able to ask intelligent questions and make suggestions so that the maximum is gained from this implementation.

The main priority here will be to have confidence in the person undertaking this work as any mistakes made could be critical and damage my business. I don't think that any of the above tasks are that complicated and I could probably do them myself, but I would much prefer an expert to take the problem away and make sure the transition is pain free.
