Setup Google AdWords account

Description: I am looking for a Certified Google AdWords professional who could set up Google AdWords account and create a campaign that would advertise my two ebooks:
* http://groovynerd.com/books/1-your-first-ruby-script-step-by-step
* http://groovynerd.com/books/2-your-first-hadoop-app-step-by-step

What I have:
* Google Analytics Account for groovynerd.com;
* About four months of Google keywords history for each of those books. I have two separate landing pages that I previously used in order to market my books: (http://rubyebook.com and http://hadoopebook.com),- both of the pages have Google analytics accounts set up, and can be used as a reference when selecting list of keywords for the new adverts.

What I don't have:
* Google AdWords account. It is not because I am lazy and unable to do it, just wanted to make sure not to lose an opportunity to collect £75 adwords credit. If necessary I can create it.

What I need:
* Create Google AdWords account;
* Setup a campaign that would advertise two of my previously mentioned ebooks. This includes: Keywords research, Competitors research, Optimised Campaign Settings, Enhanced Campaign, Writing ad copies and everything else that from your experience would increase ROI and would fit in £100 budget.

Finally, I would like to run the campaign for 30 days initially and then later potentially to extend it. Thus I would really appreciate some basic instructions on how to support my campaign further on, once work is finished.
