Setup a multi domain multi site magento CE and set up theme on one of them

Hi

I have already set up a magento store and it is doing a single store site.

I need to set up 2 urls to point to the same store and configure magento to show the seperate store on the appropriate url.

once this is done them change the template on the main magento store.

Only issue is I need it ASAP.

Please quote with approximate time required to do both the jobs and what would be the per hour rate or rate for the full job.
