Setting up an online newsletter

I have about 200 people on my database who I'd like to write to 3 or 4 times a year with a news letter - I used to do it on paper and put it in the post, but now I want to do it online

There are several news letter packages out there, and I don't know which one is best for me, plus I find setting these sorts of things up fiddly and time consuming - however once set up, I can manage things myself - for example, I did my website and can edit it easily whenever I need to

I'm looking for someone experienced with news letter packages, to ...

• talk to me and understand my requirement
• advise me on which news letter package seems most suitable
• either do some of the setup for me, or coach me through it on skype
• help me work out how best to maintain and update whatever I need to so I can manage news letters myself

This is a combination of expert advice and coaching
