Set up VOIP system using sipgate

Hi
we have a voip account with sipgate
we need this setting up in a proifessional manner so visiting customers are presented with a professional phone system

there are only three people in the company, but they operate from remote locations .........each with a skype phone and a landline

we need to have one incoming (local number) with possibly a freephone 0800 number

when customers ring this number all our landlines and skype phones need to ring so we can accept incoming calls

if one person is busy it needs to ring the other 2 lines

we need a hold option - with music

and an initial system with

press 1 for sales
2 for accounts
3) for claims (diverts to external landline)
4) for other enquiries

we need a quality recorded message for each of these options with a clear english accent ......

all calls are uk based

The sipgate system is easy, but we don't have time to configure it - buyt for an experienced person it will probably take a coupe of hours
