Set up the plugins and widgets in our selfhosted wordpress.

We have recently transfered our wordpress blog to self hosting, and had a template created for the site.

I need someone who understands the plug ins and widgets to go in and get the site looking how we want.

I have a photoshop mockup (attached) and we need to make sure the home page has the boxes in the right places, this is mainly the carousel/slider at the top that we are having issues with. We have coding for our google ads, and for the Viral ad network, which would be the 2 boxes in the bottom left.

I have been told this isn't a great amount of work for someone who knows what they are doing. We would need to know if there are any issues with the template design that prevent it from being displayed as in the mock up.
