Set up PPC account

Description: I have Google A set up for one of our websites but no PPC campaign. I would like Adwords and later Bing setting up. I need to acquire customers for this site at a conversion cost of up to £20 per sale.
How much to set up a PPC covering our main 3 product areas, Carriage Clocks (we deal in the higher end of the market) , Barometers (wooded, indoor, middle to high range models) and Pocket Watches (everything from a £30 to a £600 model)

2 questions: can I acquire conversions at this rate? and how much will it costs to set up the campaigns, then give it a review each month for 3 months.
