Set up Internet website - new concept

I have a couple of ideas for internet businesses, that I want to do, but I have zero development skills. However, I am an MSc student at the LSE and I have strong Finance, Strategy and Management skills.

I am looking to team up with a web developer who will not count the time and effort put into the project (neither will I) and who will become my partner on this venture.

The web developer needs to be independent, self-learning and have knowledge in databases, subscriptions management and online payments, basically everything necessary to set up a web 2.0 internet website.

I would like to meet up with the developer to discuss my ideas and see if he/she is interested in joining up with me. I do not want to be dealing with a company, but rather a lone developer who will make it his personal ambition to make this venture successful.
