Set of logos + certificate design for software company

I'm looking to get a set of logos created, as well as a certificate to award resellers of my company's software with.

Logos are based on company logo and need 4 variations:
ALTARO Authorized Partner
ALTARO Certified Partner
ALTARO Elite Partner
ALTARO Certified Distribution Partner

Images - we have a 'boxes' design element we're trying to use consistently across all materials. AI file attached. Perhaps two corners with these boxes and part of the background could have a pattern of these boxes with high transparency.

We need two versions of the certificate with the following text:
1) Altaro Certified Sales Specialist
