Server Security Expert / PHP/ SQL Programmer

We're a newly established social website. Prior to launch, we need to be independently tested and verified for security of our server and the entire content. We need to make sure that the website provides secure login method and is incapable of being hacked. We need our future clients to trust us and independent verification of system integrity and usability will help make this happen.

Here is the list of tests that need to be performed against:
1) Rootkits;
2) Backdoors;
3) Local exploits;
4) Malicious codes;
5) Any existing or potential security problems;
6) Ethical Hack test / System testing. Old-fashioned, conventional system testing. Try and break our system;
7) Hiding and securely protecting access to admin.php file;
8) General advice and any proposal for relevant security additions or amendments are welcome.

Your quote should include a clear plan of what you propose to do, with timings and a list of the project outputs. Any examples of reports you have produced in the past will be helpful. We will consider bids for parts of the project as well.

Your proposal should state your prior experience on similar projects. You may be asked to supply references.
