SEO Website Site Auditor and Report Writing

I have a number of clients and am expanding the business but need to recruit a team which has the following skills:

1) Fluent written and spoken English.
2) Strong SEO analytical knowledge:
a) technical audits and recommendations
b) on page/content audits and recommendations
c) keyword audits and the ability to show evidence that perhaps the site is targeting the wrong terms or perhaps terms which are too competitive
3) Backlink/off page SEO audits - including comparisons with competitor sites (where appropriate)
4) Social media audits
5) Confident and competent user of google analytics to be able to identify site strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

Clearly the individual needs to be systematic and skilled in the processes above but I also want someone who can translate the research into well written and professionally presented documents (a template can be provided)

Applicants who can show examples or case studies of this that are at an advantage.

I am looking for an ongoing working relationship here and subject to a successful trial period I would see this as regular steady work (not full time)
