SEO required to improve rankings

I am looking for quotes for SEO for my newly updated website. I have designed the basic site myself, which is currently ranked 48 on google for cad services. Please let me know a cost to improve the rankings significantly. I would appreciate proven experience so examples of previous works will be required. I will not be handing out passwords or username for my hosting. I will upload any updates myself.
