SEO report for existing website

I want someone with strong Search Engine Optimisation to analyse my website and provide me a report providing analysis of how well it is currently optimisied for organic search on the main search engines and detailing how it could be improved. I will make the content changes myself based on the report and if the suggestions work then i would definitely return for further work. I'd like to target keyword phrases like "Reunion Resort Rentals" and "Reunion Resort Owner Rentals" etc for my index page and then specifics related to condos, houses, townhouses for the property specific pages.

To win this small piece of work i'd like some specifics messaged to me suggesting what you'd cover in your report (i.e. back links etc being one example).

As part of the report i'd expect specific examples of how i can change the content to improve SEO eg. reworded text snippets.

This isnt a large piece of work and just looking for some objective guidance from an expert. Total overhauls of the site not a goer so bear this in mind.
