We had previously posted this job and got many replies, but now feel it is required to Re-post stating the terms of engagement.

This is a big ongoing SEO job with many pages and keywords to follow a successful first page.

We are looking for someone to work on a payment by results basis, this says much more than a cheap job. The actual cost is not so important as the terms of the agreement which will demonstrate the confidence in your ability.
