SEO on a B2B specialist IT magazine web site

Need to improve the ranking of 11 keywords for an established specialist B2B IT Logistics magazine web-site. The aim is to increase visitors and readers of material on the site. It is important that these key words are referenced and listed on very specific industry related directory reference sites, social bookmark and blog sites. The project is a rolling monthly agreement with a start-up budget of £100 per month-payable monthly.It is expected to see results after 3 months when an assessment will be made.I am looking for proposals that would assess the current rankings on google for these words, estimate how long it would take to improve and progressively move them up into page 1-2.
