SEO - Monthly Rolling Contract

Hi,

I am after a SEO expert who has a large amount of experience in the industry and works only utilising White Hat techniques.

I need a site optimised for the Excel outsourcing sector. I can provide a list of target keywords initially this list in excess of 80 however this will be refined as and when conversion rates are established. Initially we will be looking to optimised for approximately 14 of these keywords.

Please send me a detail proposal including the techniques you will undertake and the timescales (estimated) for first page, top five and top 3 for the following keywords:

I have had bad experiences outsourcing SEO before and I am looking for a reliable and trusting contractor. I need them to answer email queries within acceptable time frame and not be afraid to offer solutions.

In regards to the actual practices I do not want someone who s merely going to run the site through Senuke or other automated software a couple of times a week. I want relevant blog comments, links to relevant sites, 2.0s set up and feeding in. Please be aware myself and my business partner will be assisting the actual graft of the SEO but under direction of the winning proposal.

The website is and will be constantly updated with new content and will look for guidance on the on-sie SEO regarding what topics to cover with the new blog posts.

I look forward to starting this rolling contract, please quote me the amount per month you will be billing and what work this will entail. Please note due to the ambiguous nature of the technique we reserve he right to terminate the contract at any time.

Finally, I will not be interested in proposals that have been copied and pasted from other SEO jobs. Please put in the effort to address my points on a personal level not a generic SEO response.
