SEO Job

I need some SEO work to be done on a social website so that traffic goes up and google, bing and yahoo ranks it in the top 10 and improve our alexa rankings too.

Further, please note any code level changes will have to be suggested by looking at the HTML of the site's pages and I will take care of making sure the changes are implemented as I cannot share the code base with the selected SEO consultant. There is already some stuff done. I will not be bale to provide direct source code access to the consultant.
