SEO - Improve our site SEO

The Job has very specific requirements so before you inundate me with standard packages, please READ CAREFULLY and respond only to what we ask for.

I am looking for an experienced SEO expert to improve our rankings on Google and significantly boost traffic to the site. We are currently targeting 5 key phrases, one is already at number 1, and one is at number 2 and the other three at position 21 or worse. The objective of the exercise is to bring at least five key-phrases to number one in Google search, drive more traffic to the site and improve Alexa ranking to less than 5,000.

Your responsibility will include the following:
• Review our onsite optimization and make any necessary improvements to bring the three low raking key-words to number 1 on Google
• Based on our “content keywords” from Webmaster tools, research five best keyword phrases that can bring the most traffic to our website and perform the necessary onsite optimisation
• Preform any necessary off site SEO to improve rankings
• Engage us, update us on progress and advise us on how best we can do our part to expedite the process – including how best to manage our twitter, Facebook and Youtube accounts
• Make sure that your efforts and your efforts are coordinating for expedited results
• Any recommendations for our developer
• Any other activities, such as link building with reputable sites in the IT and Telecommunication industries

Our responsibilities will include:
• Writing and posting at least two articles every-week
• Write and distribute press releases at least once every two months
• Post news and jobs to the website
• Develop at post YouTube videos regular

Deposits/Payments will be done on a monthly basis and if there is no evidence of improvement, the freelancer will be terminated after one month.
