SEO help needed.

I need someone to help me to analyse my site, put in all my meta tags and make sure they are optimised. This is for one site only. The site is on wordpress. I want it done today which is why I am not doing it myself as it would take me too long read and then do. This is a straight forward job. I would also like to find out how to back- up my site, as not sure how to do this on word press. I checked my site on a meta-tag site and was alarmed that my site had no quality tags - which is why I am placing this add. So:

1: Put all meta tags on site.
2: Show me how to back up my site.
3: Give any general SEO advice

I know a fair bit but I want it done yesterday! So no time to waste reading and endeavouring to get it right.
