SEO for new Joomla built website

I have just had a Joomla CMS website built and we need to insure that it is search engine friendly and hope to get it to first page of google for just a few very specific key words/phrases.

The website in question is tileefectfoofing(dot)com and we are looking to rank well for (organically):

Tile effect roofing
Tile effect roofing sheets
Tile effect roof sheets
Metal tile effect sheets
Metal tile profile roof sheet
steel stile roof sheets
Online roofing calculator
Steel roofing online quote
tile effect roofing online quote
(Also welcome any other suggestions and can let the winning bidder know our competition sites if needed)

I suspect that this will be a case of going through the back end of the Joomla CMS and making amendments to URL titles and meta descriptions etc. But I welcome any other suggestions.

Budget for this project is low but we do have in mind other SEO projects, site improvements for shopping cart and social media intergration. So we hope to find a good freelancer who we can work with on many future projects.
