SEO for 2 Websites

I have two websites each of which are around six pages and require SEO for both sites. One is for family history and the other is for writing. Due to current workload I am unable to complete the SEO on them myself. Links to the sites can be provided upon request. Must be experienced in SEO and can demonstrate results. Looking for rankings on the first page of Google as high as possible. Please include some samples with your proposal, likely timescale and cost.

Just to clarify, I'm only looking for some initial SEO work for the sites after which time I will manage the SEO myself on an ongoing basis.
