Seo for 2 websites

I need two websites optimising for 4 keywords. The sites are:

sheffieldhouseclearance.com and leedsrubbishremoval.com

The keywords I would like to be optimised are:

sheffield house clearance
leeds rubbish removal
leeds house clearance
leeds office clearance

The sites are already on google page 1 for some of these terms but I would like a top 2 ranking.

Once a top 2 ranking has been achieved I will pay £75 per month thereafter. If a top 2 ranking has not being achieved for 2 of the key words within 3 months I will end our agreement. The top 2 ranking must be achieved for a minimum of 2 weeks per 4 week period.
