SEO Expert Needed

Having some success we are looking to find a SEO provider, to take over our SEO on a monthly basis.

We will only reply to freelancers, companies, who have positive feedback on PPH / external references.

This would mean implementing the below
1. at least 50 industry specific keywords
2. one way back links again industry specific
3. Social media ( Twitter,facebook )
4. News blogs etc


When replying please advise

1. What is good and bad about the current SEO on our site
2. What is required, what you would do
3. Your reporting methods
4. Amount of time required each month
5. Milestones, what we could possibly expect to see with
timeframes
