SEO Expert - Long Term Reationship

We are looking for an SEO expert to take on a number of SEO clients work on an ongoing basis. To begin with this is just likely to be two clients but if everything goes well then there will be a full time supply of SEO contracts which we need to outsource.

At the moment we are nor sure about pricing but are open to paying the right price for the right person.

We are really looking for someone that knows SEO inside out and not just a link builder. Ideally we want the candidate to be able to do or recommend on page SEO changes as well as working off page on a regular monthly basis.
